Performs various jobs in foundry concerned with the receipt of scrap material including weighing, transporting, dumping, storing and identifying.

• Understands and participates in "Take Control of SAFETY"
• Operates mobile equipment such as: pay loaders, forklifts, and skid steers
• Identifies material for accuracy and identification
• Weighs material by use of scales
• Marks and identifies material for processing
• Handles a portion of maintaining equipment by the process of Preventative Maintenance
• Assists with processing of scrap through shredder or dryer
• Transports and stages material before and after processing procedure
• Loads and unloads materials, parts, or products onto or from pallets, skids, conveyors or trucks
• Tests material as needed
• Assists with housekeeping standards for the area

• 1-2 years manufacturing experience
• Problem Solving Skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner with attention to detail
